Dott Media Group is a Digital Marketing Agency founded in August of 2019. We officially launched in March 2021. Our Founder, Sylvia Nasim, started Dott Media Group when she saw a need for the small business community to be brought into the larger marketing scale — allowing them to promote their crafts and services to larger audiences through digital marketing.
Our team specializes in anticipating and staying up-to-date with today’s current trends to ensure optimal results for your brand and business. Dott Media Group takes pride in putting the “social” back in social media. Our team is structured with talented creatives, eager to provide you with unique, original, and captivating content.
At Dott Media Group, we prioritize creating an environment where a group of diverse individuals can work together and thrive in the fast-paced marketing industry. To accomplish this we have opened up an opportunity for young professionals who are determined to gain experience and share their insight and knowledge by completing our internship program.

Sylvia Nasim
Founder, Digital Marketing Strategist, Business Development Coach
Sylvia has developed her experience in strategic networking through various businesses in multiple industries over 10 years working in the corporate world. She has used her personal skills to network through the diverse fields she’s worked in and incorporated those skills in her daily life-almost instantly creating a connection with anyone she meets. Her adaptable and inviting personality has always been an asset to her and she aims to help others make those connections through Digital Marketing.

Digital Marketing Research and Development Manager
A California native, Angie is a recent graduate from CSUN with a BS in Marketing. She enjoys going to the beach, longboarding, playing sports like tennis or baseball with friends and family, and photography. Her goal while at DMG is to gain experience and learn digital marketing skills.
Farhad Golriz
Ambassador for Charity and Community Services
Farhad Golriz, is a voice for all those who need one and to uplift & unite the Afghan community with unconditional compassion & kindness. His focus within this role is to be more of a voice and support to the Afghan community and to raise awareness and attention to the humanitarian crisis at hand.
Klithia Gonzalez
Jr. Social Media Manager
Klithia, is currently studying marketing at CSUN and will be graduating this spring! She was born in Mexico and raised in the sunny town of Santa Barbara. She loves to stay active and be outdoors and in her free time, she plays tennis, goes swimming, and on occasion works out at the gym. Her goal while at DMG is to gain hands-on experience in the marketing industry and to learn digital marketing skills.
Nicole Magpantay
Digital Marketing Research and Development Manager
Nicole recently graduated from CSUN with a BS in Marketing. She enjoys creating travel videos, photography, and relaxing. Her goal while at DMG would be to hone her ability to connect with people and build trust, as well as expand her network, and gain working knowledge of marketing and all that it encompasses.
Hope Perkins
Digital Marketing Manager
DMG’s resident influencer, Hope, is passionate about offering her talents to the creative industry. When she’s not in the office, you can find her hosting dinner parties with friends or traveling the world. Her goal while at DMG is to fine polish her skills and help our agency stand out from other Digital Marketing Agencies by our dedication and creativity.
